How often do you update and back up my site?
Updates are applied on a regular, vetted schedule so nothing breaks. Backups run weekly on Essential and daily on Standard and Priority, stored off-site so your content is always safe and quickly recoverable.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
We’re monitoring for it. If something goes wrong, we restore from a clean backup in minutes, clean up any malware, and patch the vulnerability so it doesn’t happen again — no scrambling, no lost days.
