On an architecture site, the photography is the argument. Every design decision either serves the work or gets in its way — and the layout Trooper Creative delivered had a lot of intention behind it: spacing, scale, the specific way a project image lands as you scroll. Our job was to translate that into a build without softening any of it. The performance side was its own problem. Large photography has to load fast on a phone in a parking lot and still hold up on a large display in a design review.
Our Approach: We built the site in Elementor, matching the design closely rather than approximating it, and handled image delivery and caching so the photography stays sharp without slowing the page down. The portfolio is structured as a project library, which means the team can add finished work themselves as it comes in — no designer, no developer, no waiting. Working alongside another studio meant staying in close contact through the build so questions got answered before they became rework.
The site gets out of the way and lets the buildings do the talking. Projects are easy to browse, the pages load quickly despite carrying serious image weight, and the firm can keep the portfolio current on their own.
