

Verso had outgrown their original site. What once served a startup now undersold an organization with a growing catalog of pilgrimages and an expanding community. The site lacked a clear conversion path — users could learn about the organization, but it wasn't easy to browse trips, explore destinations, or take that next step to sign up.
Our Approach: We conducted a full UX/UI audit of the existing site with every decision filtered through a conversion lens. From there, we mapped detailed user journeys to ensure that regardless of where a visitor entered the site, the path to exploring trips and signing up was always within reach.

The new site positions Verso as the established industry leader they've become, with trip discovery and sign-up at the core of the experience. Since launch, the client has reported a significant uptick in users registering for pilgrimages — a direct reflection of a site now built to convert.
